These Terms govern your use of FreelanceTeck (freelanceteck.com and our web app, the "Service"), operated from the United States. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
- One person, one account. Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must verify your email address before posting tasks, jobs, blogs or products.
- You stay signed in on your device until you sign out. You are responsible for signing out on shared devices.
2. Wallet, deposits and withdrawals
- Your wallet holds money in US dollars (USD). It is not a bank account and does not earn interest.
- Deposits are added after our team confirms your payment. The minimum deposit is $1. A deposit fee may apply and is shown before you pay.
- Deposits can be made with Airtm, Binance Pay or USDT (TRC20). Withdrawals are paid to Airtm or USDT (TRC20).
- The minimum withdrawal is $5. Withdrawals are reviewed by our team before payment and may be delayed or refused if we suspect fraud, chargebacks, or a breach of these Terms.
- Crypto transfers cannot be reversed. Check the address and network carefully before every transfer. Saving a wallet in your profile is only a convenience, you can choose another method or account each time.
- Always send payments only to the accounts shown inside your logged-in FreelanceTeck wallet. We are not responsible for money sent anywhere else.
- Wallet balances may be frozen while we investigate suspected fraud or illegal activity.
3. Microtasks
- When you post a task, the full budget (reward ร spots) is held from your wallet. Unused spots are refunded when the task closes.
- Every task is reviewed by our team before it goes live. We may refuse tasks that break these Terms.
- Workers submit proof (a link or screenshot). Task owners should approve or reject within the review period. Submissions not reviewed within 7 days are approved automatically and the worker is paid.
- Owners may reject a submission with a reason and may allow the worker to fix and resubmit. Fake, copied or edited proof will lead to rejection and may lead to account suspension.
- Tasks must not ask workers to do anything illegal, deceptive, abusive, or against another website's rules in a way that could harm them (for example buying fake reviews where prohibited by law, or sharing personal data).
4. Remote jobs
- Posting a job is free within your plan's monthly limit. Jobs are reviewed before they go live.
- FreelanceTeck is a venue. Job owners and freelancers make their own agreements. Unless we say otherwise, we do not employ freelancers, guarantee work or guarantee payment between the parties.
- Do not post jobs that ask for upfront fees from applicants, illegal work, or misleading offers.
5. Digital marketplace
- Sellers must own or have the right to sell what they upload and must describe it honestly.
- We keep a 12% commission on each sale; the seller receives the rest in their wallet. If a sale comes through an affiliate link, the affiliate share (see section 7) is paid from our commission, not from the seller's share.
- Products may be delivered as files or as links. Delivery links must open the product you describe.
- Digital products are generally not refundable once downloaded, unless the product is not as described, is broken, or required by law.
6. Blogs and earnings
- Blog posts are reviewed before they are published. Content must be original, lawful and not misleading.
- Earnings are based on genuine views counted by our system. Views are limited per visitor per day. Fake, bought, automated or self-generated views are not counted, and earnings from them can be removed.
7. Affiliate program
- Any member with a verified account can create a personal link to a marketplace product. When a buyer purchases that product after opening your link, you earn 2% of the sale price, paid to your wallet automatically. The amount comes from our commission; the seller still receives the same.
- Your link does not expire. A buyer is credited to the member whose link they opened most recently for that product.
- You cannot earn from your own purchases, from products you sold, from accounts you control, or from buyers on your own network or device. Such sales earn no affiliate share.
- Do not promote with spam, fake claims, misleading ads or by pretending to be FreelanceTeck. We may cancel commissions and suspend members who break these rules.
8. Referral program
- Invite people with your personal referral link. When a member who joined through it earns $5 in total (from tasks, product sales or blogs), you receive a one-time bonus of $0.50 for that member.
- The bonus is paid automatically to your wallet about 7 days after the target is reached. It is cancelled if either account is closed or found to break these Terms.
- Deposits do not count as earnings. Accounts on the same network or device, second accounts and self-referrals do not qualify.
- We may change the amounts or rules for new members at any time. Fraud or abuse can lead to cancelled bonuses and account suspension.
9. Plans
Free, Pro and Premium plans set monthly limits and benefits as shown on the Plans page. Paid plans are bought from your wallet. Plan changes apply from the time of purchase. Plan fees already used are not refundable unless required by law.
10. Prohibited conduct
- Fraud, money laundering, chargeback abuse, multiple accounts, or using bots and scripts to earn.
- Harassment, hate speech, adult content, malware, scams, phishing or infringing other people's rights.
- Trying to hack, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass limits and security.
We may remove content, hold funds, suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, and report illegal activity to the authorities.
11. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display and promote it on the Service. You promise you have the rights to post it.
12. Disclaimer and limits of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent allowed by law, FreelanceTeck is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or disputes between members, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (or $100 if none) in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you cannot lose by law.
13. Taxes
You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your earnings in your country.
14. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms or the Service. Continued use after a change means you accept it. You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time after withdrawing your balance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where our company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Please contact us first so we can try to solve any problem informally.
